The staff left before 8, so I was run about in confusion(They had sent an email, but I didn’t know). I booked for double bad room but there were twin beds. Location was not bad, but not easy to find at the first time.

ok for short visit. short walk to Eiffel tower.

the night staff was very helpful and friendly.And helped me find a pharmacy for medicines. But day staff was rude and charged me 9 euros to call taxi.

Location wonderful. Close to Eiffel Tower and the metro. We will be returning for sure

House keeping could of swept the floors in the room every day. We spent 7 days there and not one day was the floor swept. It Is not a deal breaker thought just a note to make a better experience for future guests

Friendly receptionist, bed was made in the mornings.

Friendly receptionist, bed was made in the mornings. Hotel round the corner from many cafes and restaurants and so close to the Eiffel Tower, 10 minute walk away.

One of the shower doors were broken, the coffee machine didn’t work and no clean towels were given. No English Channels on the TV and the receptionist didn’t know how to add them. Didn’t seem to be a cleaner as rubbish was left in the room.

Very good place with good sevice I loved the place and will advice my friend to go there

I like everything things about this apartment the facilities, location, staff at the reciption and the market aroud masks everything avalabl al so it’s 10 m walk from Eiffel Tower

Th smell in the fridge room 103,the humidity on some wall as well as the rusty cover of trash-pin in wet area.

Fine for 2 nights.

Liked the fact that there were 2 bathrooms, one for each bedroom.

There was a sink for washing up but the sponge/cloth was dirty and not hygienic and there wasn't a draining board. Lack of certain types of glasses. No instructions with microwave oven. Would have liked the tv to have an English channel.

Studio Room was amazing.

Studio Room was amazing. So spacious with a kitchenette and dining table. Hotel has a grocery store around the corner too. Location was perfect. Close to Eiffel Tower so was great for us. Would recommend and will definitely stay again.

The champ de mars is simply phenomenal!

We absolutely loved the hotel and the receptionist was very sweet and helpful. She went beyond measures to make sure that my wife and I were comfortable. The hotel was super comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. I am definitely coming back the next time I plan a trip to Paris. Champ de Mars along with the staff alone makes me want to get on the plane and come right back.

Very comfortable and spacious

Great location and very spacious rooms. Great facilities in the room. Very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very nice also.

The floor was very dusty which meant socks and feet were dirty. Also we could hear the guests as they came up the lift or the stairs. The walls and doors are clearly not sound proofed.
